Assistant Manager / Senior Officer - Event & Public Relations

Participate in business pitch, proposal development and presentation
-
Assist in client servicing; liaise/ coordinate with all internal & external parties

Assist in formulating and implementing strategic corporate communications plan to meet clients’ objectives
-
Plan and manage PR events such as press conferences, company visits, media interviews, marketing events, exhibitions, CSR/ESG activities, etc.

Oversee and Responsible for the entire event planning, timeline, operational matters, premium item sourcing and production, quality control, budget, and resources planning

Develop and Laid down all event administration, logistics, operation plans, venue arrangement, site applications, and ad hoc duties required for staging events

Source, identify, evaluate and recommend potential service providers and monitor the progress to ensure the services are well delivered

Develop all PR and Marketing materials and content creation, including factsheets & press material write ups, social media copy writing, content editing, proofread, review post performance

Media Pitching to enhance media exposure for various projects

Prepare event materials and reports, maintain all documentation in a good record

Work closely with all parties to ensure events are completed on time, on budget, and with outstanding quality

Support the ad-hoc assignments

Occasionally out-town work for events preparation and production

Event Officer
-
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and other client support
-
Assist in generating creative ideas for events, subject to Client request
-
Responsible for event operational matters, premium item sourcing & production, quality control
-
Follow operations planning and lay down all event administration, logistics, venue arrangement, and ad hoc duties required for staging events

Assist in preparing project service tender documents, manpower plan, and conduct briefings to meet the operational needs
-
Source, identify, evaluate and recommend potential service providers and monitor the progress to ensure the services are well delivered

Bilingual copywriting & translation for Event, PR, and marketing materials (e.g. press release, company background, letter, website content, MC script, speech, newsletter, video script, advertorial, advertisement, brochure, etc.)

Prepare event materials and reports, maintain all documentation in a good record

Work closely with all parties to ensure events are completed on time, on budget, and with outstanding quality

Marketing Executive

Social Media Editor (*Prioritize LinkedIn, also eDM, Facebook, IG, Youtube, Blog, etc)

Prepare Social Media Feed or Post including creative copywriting, graphic idea, video production input, etc

Manage Social Media Channels (e.g. Schedule Post, Reply Inbox / Direct Msg, Generate Monthly Report, etc)

Basic Photo / Video Shooting / Recording, Interview, Draft Bilingual Scripts, Simple Editing, Subtitle Keying
